Position Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide cardiovascular operating room nursing services as an RN • Maintain current RN licensure and certifications • Participate in on-call rotation with 10-12 call shifts per month as assigned • Serve as part of on-call team during holidays as required • Complete Trinity Child and Adult Dependent Abuse Training • Complete Trinity IA Sing Report requirements • Complete Trinity OFAC compliance • Complete Trinity Skills Checklist assessment • Undergo fit testing for respiratory protection • Complete Trinity 9 Panel Drug Screen • Complete Trinity Code of Conduct Form • Complete Trinity I9 documentation • Complete Trinity Confidentiality of Patient & Property Information & System Security Agreement • Complete Trinity Integrity and Audit Services Form • Complete Trinity Specialty Specific Competency Testing • Complete Trinity Color Vision testing • Maintain COVID-19 vaccination requirements • Maintain MMR vaccination requirements • Maintain Hepatitis B vaccination requirements • Complete 2 Step PPD OR IGRA testing requirements • Maintain Varicella vaccination requirements • Complete Physical/Health Statement documentation • Complete Trinity Profile submission • Complete Trinity Conflict Of Interest Disclosure Form • Complete Trinity Criminal Background Check • Complete Trinity Education Verification • Complete Trinity EPLS requirements • Complete Trinity GSA/OIG screening • Complete Trinity Joint Commission Testing • Complete Trinity NSO requirements • Complete Trinity System Access Form • Complete Trinity Specific Covid Questionnaire
Job Requirements:
- Active, unencumbered license in IA
- Minimum of 1-7 years of relevant experience, depending on specialty
- Current Certifications: BLS and/or ACLS, plus any specialty-specific requirements
- Experience with EMR systems [Epic, Cerner, etc. preferred]
Other Required Documentation:
- Current Resume listing detailed work history (MM/YYYY format)
- Two current clinical references
- State-required professional license
- Physicial exam (completed within the past 12 months)
- TB skin test or Quantiferon Gold (within the past 12 months)
- Immunity Titers - MMR/Hep B/Varicella (declinations may be accepted)
- Current Tdap and Flu vaccinations
- Must pass background check and drug screening
