Position Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
• Complete Trinity Profile for submission requirements
• Undergo comprehensive health screening including fit testing and drug screening
• Maintain current vaccinations including COVID-19, MMR, Hepatitis B, Varicella, and Tdap
• Complete tuberculosis screening via 2 Step PPD or IGRA testing
• Pass color vision testing requirements
• Complete specialty-specific competency testing for Sterile Processing Technology
• Demonstrate proficiency through Trinity Skills Checklist assessment
• Complete physical/health statement documentation
• Sign and adhere to Code of Conduct and patient confidentiality agreements
• Complete integrity and audit services documentation
• Undergo criminal background check and exclusion list screening
• Provide education verification and complete I-9 documentation
• Complete conflict of interest disclosure forms
• Obtain required system access authorizations
• Maintain NSO professional liability coverage
• Complete all onboarding requirements and annual compliance documentation
Job Requirements:
- Active, unencumbered license in OH
- Minimum of 1-7 years of relevant experience, depending on specialty
- Current Certifications: BLS and/or ACLS, plus any specialty-specific requirements
- Experience with EMR systems [Epic, Cerner, etc. preferred]
Other Required Documentation:
- Current Resume listing detailed work history (MM/YYYY format)
- Two current clinical references
- State-required professional license
- Physicial exam (completed within the past 12 months)
- TB skin test or Quantiferon Gold (within the past 12 months)
- Immunity Titers - MMR/Hep B/Varicella (declinations may be accepted)
- Current Tdap and Flu vaccinations
- Must pass background check and drug screening
