Position Summary:
VitalHire is seeking a skilled and compassionate RAD Tech - Interventional Rad Tech Radiology to join our growing clinician community. Key Responsibilities:
• Perform interventional radiology technician duties for 4 ten-hour shifts with call responsibilities
• Complete license/certificate verification and maintain current state licensure
• Pass fit testing and maintain required health clearances
• Complete 9-panel drug screening as required
• Adhere to facility code of conduct and professional standards
• Complete I9 employment verification documentation
• Maintain confidentiality of patient and property information per system security agreement
• Complete specialty-specific competency testing for interventional radiology
• Pass color vision testing requirements
• Complete tuberculosis screening via 2-step PPD or IGRA testing
• Maintain required immunizations including COVID-19, MMR, Hepatitis B, Varicella, and Tdap
• Complete skills checklist demonstrating technical proficiency
• Complete physical/health statement documentation
• Undergo criminal background check and maintain clean record
• Complete education verification process
• Comply with EPLS, GSA/OIG screening requirements
• Complete NSO professional liability coverage
• Complete system access forms and maintain appropriate technology access
• Adhere to conflict of interest disclosure requirements
Job Requirements:
- Active, unencumbered license in OH
- Minimum of 1-7 years of relevant experience, depending on specialty
- Current Certifications: BLS and/or ACLS, plus any specialty-specific requirements
- Experience with EMR systems [Epic, Cerner, etc. preferred]
Other Required Documentation:
- Current Resume listing detailed work history (MM/YYYY format)
- Two current clinical references
- State-required professional license
- Physicial exam (completed within the past 12 months)
- TB skin test or Quantiferon Gold (within the past 12 months)
- Immunity Titers - MMR/Hep B/Varicella (declinations may be accepted)
- Current Tdap and Flu vaccinations
- Must pass background check and drug screening
