Position Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform MRI imaging procedures and patient care services as an MRI Technologist
• Work dayshift schedule Monday through Friday from 0700-1530
• Complete license/certificate verification and maintain current professional licensure
• Complete required fit testing and maintain compliance with safety protocols
• Complete drug screening and health screening requirements
• Adhere to professional code of conduct and facility policies
• Complete I-9 employment verification documentation
• Maintain confidentiality of patient and proprietary information per system security agreements
• Complete integrity and audit services compliance requirements
• Demonstrate competency through specialty-specific testing and skills assessments
• Complete color vision testing and maintain visual acuity standards
• Maintain current tuberculosis screening (PPD or IGRA testing)
• Complete COVID-19 health questionnaires and maintain vaccination compliance
• Maintain current immunization records including MMR, Hepatitis B, Varicella, and Tdap
• Complete annual physical examination and health assessments
• Complete conflict of interest disclosure and background check requirements
• Provide education verification and professional reference documentation
• Complete system access authorization and security training
• Maintain compliance with exclusion list monitoring requirements
Job Requirements:
- Active, unencumbered license in OH
- Minimum of 1-7 years of relevant experience, depending on specialty
- Current Certifications: BLS and/or ACLS, plus any specialty-specific requirements
- Experience with EMR systems [Epic, Cerner, etc. preferred]
Other Required Documentation:
- Current Resume listing detailed work history (MM/YYYY format)
- Two current clinical references
- State-required professional license
- Physicial exam (completed within the past 12 months)
- TB skin test or Quantiferon Gold (within the past 12 months)
- Immunity Titers - MMR/Hep B/Varicella (declinations may be accepted)
- Current Tdap and Flu vaccinations
- Must pass background check and drug screening
