Position Summary:
VitalHire is seeking a skilled and compassionate MRI Tech - MRI Tech to join our growing clinician community. This high-impact opportunity offers a 5x8 Days at a leading Hospital in Columbus, OH. Key Responsibilities:
• Perform MRI Tech duties and services during dayshift hours Monday through Friday from 0730-1600
• Complete fit testing as required for onboarding
• Provide 2 Step PPD or IGRA (Quantiferon/Tspot) testing documentation
• Complete COVID-19 questionnaire and maintain current vaccination status
• Demonstrate competency through skills checklist completion
• Maintain current immunizations including MMR, Hepatitis B, Varicella, and influenza vaccine
• Complete required physical/health statement and drug screening
• Maintain valid MRI technologist license and certification
• Complete criminal background check and education verification
• Comply with system security agreements and conflict of interest disclosures
• Pass Joint Commission testing and specialty-specific competency assessments
• Complete required compliance documentation including GSA/OIG and EPLS verification
• Maintain NSO coverage and complete system access requirements
• Adhere to code of conduct and complete I-9 documentation
• Pass color vision testing requirements
• Complete integrity and audit services documentation
Job Requirements:
- Active, unencumbered license in OH
- Minimum of 1-7 years of relevant experience, depending on specialty
- Current Certifications: BLS and/or ACLS, plus any specialty-specific requirements
- Experience with EMR systems [Epic, Cerner, etc. preferred]
Other Required Documentation:
- Current Resume listing detailed work history (MM/YYYY format)
- Two current clinical references
- State-required professional license
- Physicial exam (completed within the past 12 months)
- TB skin test or Quantiferon Gold (within the past 12 months)
- Immunity Titers - MMR/Hep B/Varicella (declinations may be accepted)
- Current Tdap and Flu vaccinations
- Must pass background check and drug screening
