Position Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide nursing care services in Labor & Delivery specialty • Maintain current RN licensure and certification requirements • Complete Trinity Child and Adult Dependent Abuse Training as applicable • Submit Trinity IA Sing Report when required • Complete mandatory Trinity OFAC training during onboarding • Successfully complete Trinity Skills Checklist assessment • Undergo license and certificate verification process • Complete required Fit Test for personal health history • Sign and adhere to Trinity Code of Conduct Form • Complete Trinity I9 documentation • Execute Trinity Confidentiality of Patient & Property Information & System Security Agreement • Complete Trinity Integrity and Audit Services Form • Submit Trinity Non Employee Upload Form as needed • Pass Trinity Specialty Specific Competency Testing for L&D • Complete Trinity Color Vision assessment • Review Trinity PowerPoint orientation materials • Maintain updated Trinity Profile information • Work Every Other Weekend (EOW) schedule • Work 4th of July holiday coverage • Fulfill open position requirements as Labor & Delivery RN
Job Requirements:
- Active, unencumbered license in IL
- Minimum of 1-7 years of relevant experience, depending on specialty
- Current Certifications: BLS and/or ACLS, plus any specialty-specific requirements
- Experience with EMR systems [Epic, Cerner, etc. preferred]
Other Required Documentation:
- Current Resume listing detailed work history (MM/YYYY format)
- Two current clinical references
- State-required professional license
- Physicial exam (completed within the past 12 months)
- TB skin test or Quantiferon Gold (within the past 12 months)
- Immunity Titers - MMR/Hep B/Varicella (declinations may be accepted)
- Current Tdap and Flu vaccinations
- Must pass background check and drug screening
