Position Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform radiologic imaging procedures as a certified RAD Tech
• Work 40 hours per week on mid-shift schedule
• Work every other weekend (EOW) as scheduled
• Maintain current BLS certification throughout assignment
• Complete Trinity Child and Adult Dependent Abuse Training
• Complete Trinity IA Sing Report requirements
• Complete Trinity OFAC compliance training
• Successfully complete Trinity Skills Checklist assessment
• Maintain valid radiologic technologist license/certification
• Complete required fit testing for personal protective equipment
• Pass Trinity 9 Panel Drug Screen
• Sign and adhere to Trinity Code of Conduct
• Complete I9 employment verification documentation
• Sign confidentiality agreement for patient and proprietary information
• Complete Integrity and Audit Services documentation
• Pass Trinity Specialty Specific Competency Testing
• Complete color vision screening requirements
• Maintain required immunizations including COVID-19, MMR, Hepatitis B, PPD/IGRA, and Varicella
• Complete annual physical/health statement
• Maintain clean criminal background check
• Provide education verification documentation
• Complete Joint Commission testing requirements
• Utilize facility communication and computer systems as required
• Adhere to all facility policies and procedures
Job Requirements:
- Active, unencumbered license in IA
- Minimum of 1-7 years of relevant experience, depending on specialty
- Current Certifications: BLS and/or ACLS, plus any specialty-specific requirements
- Experience with EMR systems [Epic, Cerner, etc. preferred]
Other Required Documentation:
- Current Resume listing detailed work history (MM/YYYY format)
- Two current clinical references
- State-required professional license
- Physicial exam (completed within the past 12 months)
- TB skin test or Quantiferon Gold (within the past 12 months)
- Immunity Titers - MMR/Hep B/Varicella (declinations may be accepted)
- Current Tdap and Flu vaccinations
- Must pass background check and drug screening
