Position Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide nursing care services in the Progressive Care Unit (PCU) setting
• Work every third weekend with rotating holiday schedule
• Complete Trinity Child and Adult Dependent Abuse Training
• Complete Trinity IA Sing Report documentation
• Complete Trinity OFAC compliance requirements
• Complete Trinity Skills Checklist assessment
• Maintain required immunizations including COVID-19, MMR, Hepatitis B, Varicella, and Tdap vaccines
• Complete physical/health statement and drug screening requirements
• Complete Trinity Profile documentation
• Adhere to Trinity Code of Conduct requirements
• Maintain confidentiality of patient and proprietary information per system security agreement
• Complete conflict of interest disclosure documentation
• Complete criminal background check and verification processes
• Provide education verification documentation
• Complete EPLS and GSA/OIG compliance requirements
• Maintain NSO professional liability coverage
• Complete system access form requirements
• Complete facility-specific PowerPoint training
• Maintain current RN license and certificate verification
• Complete fit testing requirements
• Complete I9 employment verification
• Complete integrity and audit services documentation
• Complete specialty-specific competency testing
• Complete color vision testing requirements
Job Requirements:
- Active, unencumbered license in IA
- Minimum of 1-7 years of relevant experience, depending on specialty
- Current Certifications: BLS and/or ACLS, plus any specialty-specific requirements
- Experience with EMR systems [Epic, Cerner, etc. preferred]
Other Required Documentation:
- Current Resume listing detailed work history (MM/YYYY format)
- Two current clinical references
- State-required professional license
- Physicial exam (completed within the past 12 months)
- TB skin test or Quantiferon Gold (within the past 12 months)
- Immunity Titers - MMR/Hep B/Varicella (declinations may be accepted)
- Current Tdap and Flu vaccinations
- Must pass background check and drug screening
