Experience
- Minimum 3 years Endoscopy experience required
- Previous experience in an outpatient Endoscopy Center or GI Lab required
License & Certification Required
- Certified Surgical Tech (CST) or SGNA certification required
- BLS
Skills Required
- Strong scope reprocessing skills
- Experience with Colonoscopes, EGD scopes, EBUS, EUS, Enteroscopes, and ERCP scopes
- High-Level Disinfection (HLD) procedures
- Infection control techniques
- Instrument processing and cleaning
- Assist with biopsies and other endoscopic procedures
- Setting up procedure rooms and equipment
Desired Skills
- Experience with Olympus processor CV-190, Olympus Light Source CLV -190, and Olympus scopes 190s
- ProVation experience
- EPIC experience
- Experience with CO2 insufflator and electronic coagulation instruments
