Experience
- Minimum 1 year skilled home health experience required

- Understanding of federal/state/county health regulations
- Experience with home healthcare
- Knowledge of cultural issues
- Understanding of Medicaid and Medicare
- Experience with medication assistance
- Participates in care conference activities
- Establish and revise goals
- Veterans Choice Program (VCP) knowledge
Desired Skills
- Experience with Epic charting system preferred
