Experience
- Minimum 1 year of prior experience working with seniors required
- Previous charge experience preferred
- Experience in long term care or assisted living preferred
- Experience with patient ratios of 15:1 preferred
- Experience in community hospital or LTAC preferred
- Experience in Trauma Level I or II facilities preferred
License & Certification Required
Skills Required
- Ability to assist in personal care including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Knowledge of abnormal/normal vital sign parameters (Adult and Pediatric)
- Experience in acute care settings
- Ability to assist with ambulation and feeding patients
- Experience with lifting and mobility equipment such as Hoyer lifts
- Ability to perform CPR
- Experience with handling specimens and phlebotomy
- Knowledge of infection control practices, including donning and removing PPE
- Ability to measure and record intake and output
- Experience with electronic vital sign monitoring equipment
- Familiarity with Net Solutions charting system
- Experience in geriatric patient care

- Charting experience with Epic preferred
