Experience
- Minimum 2 years experience required
- Experience in general, ortho, spine, trauma, and neuro (specifically craniotomies) required
- Level I trauma experience required; Level II trauma experience will be considered for highly skilled clinicians
License & Certification Required
- Active, unrestricted Arizona RN License or valid, participating compact license
- BLS
- ACLS
Skills Required
- Experience with high volume ortho, trauma, and spine cases
- Experience with a wide range of surgical procedures including craniotomies, spinal fusion, and general OR
- Ability to perform in a fast-paced OR environment
Desired Skills
- Previous charge experience preferred
- Scrubbing experience is a plus
- Cerner charting system experience preferred
