Compensation
- Gross Weekly Pay: $2918.40
- Weekly Taxable Amount: $1672.40
- Weekly Stipend/Non Taxable Amount: $1246.00
You must be duplicating expenses to receive stipends. If you are driving versus relocating, we will instead offer mileage reimbursements. Rates assume Travel. Locals within 50 miles may have a rate adjustment.

Experience
- Minimum 1 year of experience with outpatient infusion required
- Experience in oversight of the medication use process within an outpatient infusion center required
- Oncology experience required
- Experience in IV infusion compounding product evaluation and verification required
- Experience in evaluation of oncology and non-oncology treatment plans required
- Experience in evaluation and verification of insurance coverage prior to treatment required
- Experience in infusion medication patient education required
- Experience in adverse reaction participation and management required
License & Certification Required
- Oregon Pharmacist License
- Chemo/Hazardous Drug certification

- Ambulatory Care/Outpatient Clinic skills
- Compounding skills
- High-alert medications management
- Home Health Infusion skills
- Inpatient/Acute care experience
- Oncologic skills
- Psychotherapeutic Management skills
- Therapeutic medication monitoring skills
- Pyxis experience
Desired Skills
- Experience with the Epic charting system is preferred
- Community Hospital experience is preferred
Requirements
- Current Resume with up to 7 year work history, with gaps explained - position, unit, job type, city, state must be indentified for each assignment
- Negative TB Test (Within 12 Months)
- Titers - MMR/Hep B/Varicella
- Current - Tdap/Flu Vaccinations
- Must be able to pass pre-employment, background and drug screening
