Experience
- Minimum 2 years experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting required
- Experience in long-term care required
License & Certification Required
- Valid state license required
Skills Required
- Experience with modalities
- ADL training
- Falls and balance training
- Dysphagia management
- Vital Stim therapy
- Contracture management and splinting
- Seating and positioning
- Experience using E-Doc via Net Health
- Ability to use iPads for documentation
Desired Skills
- Experience with dementia program
