There are plenty of hiking trails, historic sites and wineries for anyone that enjoys the outdoors. Approx number of short term to home patients and LTC patients: approximately 15 skilled, 73 LTCServices are provided to patients individually, in group/concurrent or co-treatment based on needs: yesApprox how many patients are on schedule per day (8 hr day) 10-12 patients")

Experience
- Previous experience in skilled nursing facilities required
- Experience with both short-term and long-term care patients required
- Experience managing a caseload of 10-12 patients per day preferred
Desired Skills
- Experience with group/concurrent or co-treatment services
- Interest in outdoor activities, as the location offers hiking trails and wineries
