There are plenty of hiking trails, historic sites and wineries for anyone that enjoys the outdoors. Approx number of short term to home patients and LTC patients: approximately 15 skilled, 73 LTCServices are provided to patients individually, in group/concurrent or co-treatment based on needs: yesApprox how many patients are on schedule per day (8 hr day) 10-12 patients")

Experience
- Experience in skilled nursing facility (SNF) required
- Experience with both short-term to home patients and long-term care (LTC) patients required
License & Certification Required
- Current nursing license required
Skills Required
- Ability to provide individual and group treatment
- Experience managing 10-12 patients per day
