Compensation
- Gross Weekly Pay: $2918.40
- Weekly Taxable Amount: $1231.40
- Weekly Stipend/Non Taxable Amount: $1687.00
You must be duplicating expenses to receive stipends. If you are driving versus relocating, we will instead offer mileage reimbursements. Rates assume Travel. Locals within 50 miles may have a rate adjustment.

Experience
- Minimum 1 year of Skilled Home Health experience required
- Previous travel experience accepted
License & Certification Required
- Oregon licensure required
- Washington licensure required
- BCLS certification required
Skills Required
- Oasis experience required
- EPIC Remote Client for Home Health charting experience required
- Rover (phone app) charting experience required
Desired Skills
- Experience with patients within 50-75 miles radius
Requirements
- Current Resume with up to 7 year work history, with gaps explained - position, unit, job type, city, state must be indentified for each assignment
- Negative TB Test (Within 12 Months)
- Titers - MMR/Hep B/Varicella
- Current - Tdap/Flu Vaccinations
- Must be able to pass pre-employment, background and drug screening
