Compensation
- Gross Weekly Pay: $2352.96
- Weekly Taxable Amount: $784.96
- Weekly Stipend/Non Taxable Amount: $1568.00
You must be duplicating expenses to receive stipends. If you are driving versus relocating, we will instead offer mileage reimbursements. Rates assume Travel. Locals within 50 miles may have a rate adjustment.

Experience
- Minimum 2 years experience required
- Previous experience in general, ortho, spine, trauma, and neuro (specifically craniotomies) required
- Level 1 trauma experience required; Level 2 trauma experience from a comparable facility will be considered
License & Certification Required
- Active, unrestricted Arizona RN License or valid participating compact license
- BLS

Requirements
- Current Resume with up to 7 year work history, with gaps explained - position, unit, job type, city, state must be indentified for each assignment
- Negative TB Test (Within 12 Months)
- Titers - MMR/Hep B/Varicella
- Current - Tdap/Flu Vaccinations
- Must be able to pass pre-employment, background and drug screening
