Equipment Required: None

Skills Required: need to be proficient with scrubbing TAVR, Mitral Clip, Watchman, peripheral, Impella, IABP, and CTO procedures

Procedural Responsibilities

Accurate monitoring

Room circulator*

Scrub- maintain sterile field

Cardiac Cath Lab Procedures

ASD Closures*

Cardiac Stent Placement

IABP Placement/Removal

Impella insertion

Left heart catheterization

Percutaneous Coronary Interventions (PCI)

Percutaneous Transluminal Coronary Angioplasty (PTCA)

Pulmonary Artery (PA) line insertion

Right heart catheterization

Rotablader athrectomy

Scrub Procedures

Transcatheter Aortic Valve Replacement (TAVR)

Watchman

Electrophysiology Studies

Cardiac Ablation*

Abdominal and Pelvic

Inferior Vena Cava (IVC) filter placement*

Vascular Studies/Procedures

TEVAR (Thoracic Endovascular Aortic Repair)

Neurological Studies/Procedures

Thrombolysis/Thrombectomy
