Position Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide occupational therapy services to patients in accordance with treatment plans
• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments of patients' functional abilities
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs
• Document patient progress and treatment outcomes in medical records
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure coordinated patient care
• Educate patients and families on therapeutic techniques and home exercise programs
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Maintain professional standards and adhere to facility policies and procedures
• Work scheduled shifts from 08:00:00 - 16:30:00
• Ensure compliance with state licensing requirements and professional certifications
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and continuing education activities
Job Requirements:
- Active, unencumbered license in MD
- Minimum of 1-7 years of relevant experience, depending on specialty
- Current Certifications: BLS and/or ACLS, plus any specialty-specific requirements
- Experience with EMR systems (Epic, Cerner, as applicable)
Other Required Documentation:
- Current Resume listing detailed work history (MM/YYYY format)
- Two current clinical references
- State-required professional license
- Physicial exam (completed within the past 12 months)
- TB skin test or Quantiferon Gold (within the past 12 months)
- Immunity Titers - MMR/Hep B/Varicella (declinations may be accepted)
- Current Tdap and Flu vaccinations
- Must pass background check and drug screening
