Position Summary:
VitalHire is seeking a skilled and compassionate CNA - SNF to join our growing clinician community. This high-impact opportunity offers a 5x8 Nights at a leading SNF in Milford, NH. Key Responsibilities:
• Provide nursing assistance and patient care services in a skilled nursing facility
• Work night shift from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM with no 12-hour shifts
• Assist patients with activities of daily living including bathing, feeding, and mobility
• Monitor and document patient vital signs and health status
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
• Assist nursing staff with medical procedures and treatments
• Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout shift
• Follow infection control protocols and safety procedures
• Communicate effectively with nursing staff, patients, and families
• Respond to patient call lights and emergency situations
• Maintain clean and organized patient care areas
• Adhere to facility policies and procedures
Job Requirements:
- Active, unencumbered license in NH
- Minimum of 1-7 years of relevant experience, depending on specialty
- Current Certifications: BLS and/or ACLS, plus any specialty-specific requirements
- Experience with EMR systems (Epic, Cerner, as applicable)
Other Required Documentation:
- Current Resume listing detailed work history (MM/YYYY format)
- Two current clinical references
- State-required professional license
- Physicial exam (completed within the past 12 months)
- TB skin test or Quantiferon Gold (within the past 12 months)
- Immunity Titers - MMR/Hep B/Varicella (declinations may be accepted)
- Current Tdap and Flu vaccinations
- Must pass background check and drug screening
