Position Summary:
VitalHire is seeking a skilled and compassionate RN - Cath Lab to join our growing clinician community. This high-impact opportunity offers a 5x8 days at a leading Hospital in Lawton, OK. Key Responsibilities:
• Work in complete Cath Lab with Cardiologists, Interventional Radiologists, and General Surgeon
• Provide complete Cardiac and Peripheral Services including Left Heart Cath, Right and Left Heart Cath, PTCA, Stenting, Thrombectomy, and Atherectomy
• Assist with Carotid diagnostic and stenting procedures
• Support Peripheral diagnostic and interventional procedures including Atherectomy
• Assist with Pacemaker Insertion, Tilt Table Test, Kyphoplasty, and AV graft diagnostic, stent, and thrombectomy
• Work 8-hour day shift and rotate call during evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays
• Monitor patients in the Cath Lab using devices such as Philips Laser System, IVUS, OCT, and various coronary and peripheral atherectomy devices
• Monitor LEXISCAN Stress Tests proficiently
• Operate two Siemens Artis Zee C-arms
• Utilize McKesson CPACS, McKesson Cardiology, and McKesson Hemodynamic System
• Help with pre and post area patient care
• Transport patients as needed
• Assist with other duties as assigned
• Work on call 7 days a month, not consecutive
• Maintain current ACLS (AHA), NIH, and BLS (AHA) certifications
• Maintain valid Oklahoma state license or compact license
Job Requirements:
- Active, unencumbered license in OK
- Minimum of 1-7 years of relevant experience, depending on specialty
- Current Certifications: BLS and/or ACLS, plus any specialty-specific requirements
- Experience with EMR systems (Epic, Cerner, as applicable)
Other Required Documentation:
- Current Resume listing detailed work history (MM/YYYY format)
- Two current clinical references
- State-required professional license
- Physicial exam (completed within the past 12 months)
- TB skin test or Quantiferon Gold (within the past 12 months)
- Immunity Titers - MMR/Hep B/Varicella (declinations may be accepted)
- Current Tdap and Flu vaccinations
- Must pass background check and drug screening
