Position Summary:
VitalHire is seeking a skilled and compassionate RAD Tech - Cath Lab to join our growing clinician community. This high-impact opportunity offers a 4x10 Days at a leading Hospital in Flagstaff, AZ. Key Responsibilities:
• Perform cardiac diagnostic and interventional procedures in the cardiac catheterization laboratory • Operate specialized equipment including Rotablader, IABP, and Impella devices • Conduct peripheral diagnostic and interventional procedures • Perform 12-lead EKG interpretation and rhythm analysis • Monitor patients during various cardiac procedures including angioplasty, stent placement, and catheterizations • Maintain sterile field and scrub for procedures as required • Assist with electrophysiology procedures, cardiac ablations, and pacemaker insertions • Support advanced procedures such as TAVR, Watchman device placement, and structural heart interventions • Document patient care and procedures using Cerner charting system • Float to outpatient catheterization laboratory and other units as needed based on census • Take call assignments as scheduled (18 days of call in 8 weeks) • Work with specialized equipment including Mac Lab, Xper, CSI, Inari, and Pneumbra systems • Maintain current BLS, ACLS, and ARRT certifications • Complete required orientation modules and ongoing education requirements • Provide care for adult and geriatric patient populations • Work scheduled 4x10 day shifts from 0700-1730 with weekend coverage as needed
Job Requirements:
- Active, unencumbered license in AZ
- Minimum of 1-7 years of relevant experience, depending on specialty
- Current Certifications: BLS and/or ACLS, plus any specialty-specific requirements
- Experience with EMR systems (Epic, Cerner, as applicable)
Other Required Documentation:
- Current Resume listing detailed work history (MM/YYYY format)
- Two current clinical references
- State-required professional license
- Physicial exam (completed within the past 12 months)
- TB skin test or Quantiferon Gold (within the past 12 months)
- Immunity Titers - MMR/Hep B/Varicella (declinations may be accepted)
- Current Tdap and Flu vaccinations
- Must pass background check and drug screening
