Requirements:
- Active license in MD
- Minimum of 1 year of recent experience in SNF
- Current BLS (and other certs as required: ACLS, PALS, etc.)
- Up-to-date resume with recent work history
- 2 professional clinical references
- TB test and physical within 12 months
- Immunizations/declinations or titers as needed
- Respirator fit test within 12 months
- Must pass background check and drug screening
