Position Summary:
VitalHire is seeking a skilled and compassionate CT Technologist - CT Tech to join our growing clinician community. This high-impact opportunity offers a 4x10 Nights at a leading Hospital in Ontario, OR. Key Responsibilities:
• Perform CT imaging procedures and operate CT equipment
• Work 40 hours per week on night shift (8pm-6:30am)
• Provide call coverage as needed 1 day per week
• Utilize Epic electronic health record system for documentation
• Operate PACS (Picture Archiving and Communication System)
• Maintain current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
• Maintain current ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) certification
• Complete license/certificate verification requirements
• Complete fit testing for respiratory protection
• Complete specialty specific competency testing
• Pass color vision testing requirements
• Complete required immunizations including MMR, Hepatitis B, and Varicella
• Maintain tuberculosis screening compliance (2 Step PPD or IGRA)
• Complete physical/health statement documentation
• Pass criminal background check
• Complete education verification process
• Complete Joint Commission testing requirements
• Complete skills checklist assessment
• Maintain COVID-19 vaccination compliance
• Maintain annual influenza vaccination
• Pass required drug screening
• Adhere to facility policies and procedures
Job Requirements:
- Active, unencumbered license in OR
- Minimum of 1-7 years of relevant experience, depending on specialty
- Current Certifications: BLS and/or ACLS, plus any specialty-specific requirements
- Experience with EMR systems (Epic, Cerner, as applicable)
Other Required Documentation:
- Current Resume listing detailed work history (MM/YYYY format)
- Two current clinical references
- State-required professional license
- Physicial exam (completed within the past 12 months)
- TB skin test or Quantiferon Gold (within the past 12 months)
- Immunity Titers - MMR/Hep B/Varicella (declinations may be accepted)
- Current Tdap and Flu vaccinations
- Must pass background check and drug screening
