Position Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform interventional radiology technician duties with ARRT certification and fluoro permit • Provide on-call coverage one night per week (12 hours) • Work one weekend per month (48 hours) • Complete license/certificate verification requirements • Maintain compliance with Trinity Code of Conduct Form • Submit Trinity I9 documentation • Adhere to Trinity Confidentiality of Patient & Property Information & System Security Agreement • Complete Trinity Integrity and Audit Services Form • Fulfill Trinity Skills Checklist requirements • Maintain current tuberculosis screening (2 Step PPD or IGRA) • Complete Trinity OFAC requirements • Maintain MMR vaccination records • Complete fit test requirements • Maintain Hepatitis B vaccination records • Maintain Varicella vaccination records • Complete physical/health statement requirements • Submit Trinity Conflict of Interest Disclosure Form • Pass Trinity Criminal Background Check • Complete Trinity Education Verification • Meet Trinity EPLS requirements • Complete Trinity GSA/OIG requirements • Pass Trinity Joint Commission Testing • Complete Trinity NSO requirements • Submit Trinity System Access Form • Complete Trinity Profile • Maintain COVID-19 vaccination records • Maintain current Influenza vaccination • Pass Trinity 10 Panel Drug Screen • Work shift from 06:30 AM to 07:00 PM
Job Requirements:
- Active, unencumbered license in CA
- Minimum of 1-7 years of relevant experience, depending on specialty
- Current Certifications: BLS and/or ACLS, plus any specialty-specific requirements
- Experience with EMR systems (Epic, Cerner, as applicable)
Other Required Documentation:
- Current Resume listing detailed work history (MM/YYYY format)
- Two current clinical references
- State-required professional license
- Physicial exam (completed within the past 12 months)
- TB skin test or Quantiferon Gold (within the past 12 months)
- Immunity Titers - MMR/Hep B/Varicella (declinations may be accepted)
- Current Tdap and Flu vaccinations
- Must pass background check and drug screening
