Position Summary:
VitalHire is seeking a skilled and compassionate Nuclear Medical Technician - Nuclear Med Technician to join our growing clinician community. Key Responsibilities:
• Perform nuclear medical technician duties for 13 weeks assignment working 40 hours per week • Work 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM shift schedule • Work every third weekend as required • Participate in holiday rotation schedule • Utilize Epic EMR system for documentation and patient records • Complete Trinity Skills Checklist and competency requirements • Maintain current professional license and certification verification • Complete required health screenings including 2 Step PPD or IGRA testing • Obtain and maintain required vaccinations including MMR, Hepatitis B, Varicella, COVID-19, and annual Influenza • Complete physical health statement and fit testing requirements • Pass criminal background check and drug screening • Complete Trinity Code of Conduct and compliance forms • Maintain patient confidentiality and system security agreements • Complete Joint Commission testing and education verification • Adhere to conflict of interest and integrity policies • Complete required onboarding documentation and system access forms
Job Requirements:
- Active, unencumbered license in CA
- Minimum of 1-7 years of relevant experience, depending on specialty
- Current Certifications: BLS and/or ACLS, plus any specialty-specific requirements
- Experience with EMR systems (Epic, Cerner, as applicable)
Other Required Documentation:
- Current Resume listing detailed work history (MM/YYYY format)
- Two current clinical references
- State-required professional license
- Physicial exam (completed within the past 12 months)
- TB skin test or Quantiferon Gold (within the past 12 months)
- Immunity Titers - MMR/Hep B/Varicella (declinations may be accepted)
- Current Tdap and Flu vaccinations
- Must pass background check and drug screening
