Position Summary:
VitalHire is seeking a skilled and compassionate RAD Tech - Cath Lab to join our growing clinician community. This high-impact opportunity offers a 4x10 Days at a leading Hospital in Cottonwood, AZ. Key Responsibilities:
• Perform cardiac catheterization procedures including diagnostic and interventional procedures
• Assist with STEMI/NSTEMI and cardiac disease treatment procedures
• Operate and maintain catheterization lab equipment and GE System
• Perform accurate patient monitoring during procedures
• Conduct EKG lead placement and 12 Lead EKG procedures
• Assist with cardiac stent placement and percutaneous coronary interventions (PCI)
• Support left and right heart catheterization procedures
• Maintain sterile field and scrub for procedures
• Assist with pacemaker insertion and programming of AICDs
• Support electrophysiology procedures including cardiac ablation and mapping
• Assist with thrombectomy and balloon angioplasty procedures
• Document procedures using Cerner charting system
• Participate in on-call duties 18-19 days in 8 weeks
• Float to outpatient cath lab and other units as needed
• Work with adult and geriatric patient populations
• Maintain current BLS, ACLS, and ARRT certifications
• Adhere to facility policies and safety standards
• Complete required orientation modules and ongoing training
• Work 2 out of 3 major holidays as required
• Provide professional references from recent employment
Job Requirements:
- Active, unencumbered license in AZ
- Minimum of 1-7 years of relevant experience, depending on specialty
- Current Certifications: BLS and/or ACLS, plus any specialty-specific requirements
- Experience with EMR systems (Epic, Cerner, as applicable)
Other Required Documentation:
- Current Resume listing detailed work history (MM/YYYY format)
- Two current clinical references
- State-required professional license
- Physicial exam (completed within the past 12 months)
- TB skin test or Quantiferon Gold (within the past 12 months)
- Immunity Titers - MMR/Hep B/Varicella (declinations may be accepted)
- Current Tdap and Flu vaccinations
- Must pass background check and drug screening
