Position Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide nursing care in the operating room setting
• Maintain current RN licensure and complete license verification
• Complete fit testing for respiratory protection equipment
• Pass required drug screening (9 Panel)
• Complete Trinity Code of Conduct Form and related compliance documentation
• Sign confidentiality agreements for patient and property information and system security
• Complete specialty-specific competency testing for OR nursing
• Maintain required immunizations including COVID-19, MMR, Hepatitis B, and Varicella
• Complete tuberculosis screening (2 Step PPD or IGRA testing)
• Complete physical/health statement and health clearance
• Complete Trinity Profile and conflict of interest disclosure forms
• Pass criminal background check and related screening processes
• Complete education verification requirements
• Pass Joint Commission testing and skills checklist assessments
• Complete system access and NSO requirements
• Respond to COVID-19 specific health questionnaires
• Complete integrity and audit services documentation
• Work scheduled shifts from 07:00 AM to 05:30 PM
Job Requirements:
- Active, unencumbered license in ID
- Minimum of 1-7 years of relevant experience, depending on specialty
- Current Certifications: BLS and/or ACLS, plus any specialty-specific requirements
- Experience with EMR systems (Epic, Cerner, as applicable)
Other Required Documentation:
- Current Resume listing detailed work history (MM/YYYY format)
- Two current clinical references
- State-required professional license
- Physicial exam (completed within the past 12 months)
- TB skin test or Quantiferon Gold (within the past 12 months)
- Immunity Titers - MMR/Hep B/Varicella (declinations may be accepted)
- Current Tdap and Flu vaccinations
- Must pass background check and drug screening
