Position Summary:
VitalHire is seeking a skilled and compassionate RAD Tech - RAD Tech to join our growing clinician community. This high-impact opportunity offers a 4x10 Days at a leading Hospital in Pontiac, MI. Key Responsibilities:
• Perform radiologic technologist duties during 0700-1730 shifts including every other weekend
• Maintain current ARRT certification and valid state licensure
• Complete license/certificate verification and maintain current credentials
• Undergo required health screenings including fit testing and drug screening
• Complete mandatory compliance forms and agreements including code of conduct
• Maintain required immunizations including COVID-19, MMR, Hepatitis B, PPD/IGRA, Varicella, and Tdap
• Complete specialty-specific competency testing for radiology department
• Pass color vision testing as required for radiologic procedures
• Complete physical/health statement and health assessments
• Undergo criminal background check and education verification
• Complete Joint Commission testing and skills checklist assessments
• Maintain NSO professional liability coverage
• Complete system access forms and security agreements for patient information
• Adhere to conflict of interest disclosure requirements
• Complete EPLS and GSA/OIG compliance verifications
Job Requirements:
- Active, unencumbered license in MI
- Minimum of 1-7 years of relevant experience, depending on specialty
- Current Certifications: BLS and/or ACLS, plus any specialty-specific requirements
- Experience with EMR systems (Epic, Cerner, as applicable)
Other Required Documentation:
- Current Resume listing detailed work history (MM/YYYY format)
- Two current clinical references
- State-required professional license
- Physicial exam (completed within the past 12 months)
- TB skin test or Quantiferon Gold (within the past 12 months)
- Immunity Titers - MMR/Hep B/Varicella (declinations may be accepted)
- Current Tdap and Flu vaccinations
- Must pass background check and drug screening
