Position Summary:
VitalHire is seeking a skilled and compassionate RN - Case Management to join our growing clinician community. This high-impact opportunity offers a 5x8 Days at a leading Hospital in Apple Valley, CA. Key Responsibilities:
• Work as a Case Management RN providing patient care services
• Work a minimum of 4 weekend shifts in a 6 week period
• Commit to working 3 of the 5 holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day)
• Provide minimum of 2 supervisory references covering 1 year of employment within comparable specialty/setting
• Float between all facilities within the assigned state as required
• Complete required modules pre-start and annually (average 16 hours, non-billable)
• Self-report time spent on modules with completion recorded in Workramp transcripts
• Utilize facility-provided communication devices when required for assignment duties
• Submit monthly cell phone bills directly to Agency for work-related usage when facility does not provide mobile phone
• Complete skills checklist and submit with application
• Maintain current RN licensure and certifications
• Adhere to facility policies and procedures for case management services
Job Requirements:
- Active, unencumbered license in CA
- Minimum of 1-7 years of relevant experience, depending on specialty
- Current Certifications: BLS and/or ACLS, plus any specialty-specific requirements
- Experience with EMR systems (Epic, Cerner, as applicable)
Other Required Documentation:
- Current Resume listing detailed work history (MM/YYYY format)
- Two current clinical references
- State-required professional license
- Physicial exam (completed within the past 12 months)
- TB skin test or Quantiferon Gold (within the past 12 months)
- Immunity Titers - MMR/Hep B/Varicella (declinations may be accepted)
- Current Tdap and Flu vaccinations
- Must pass background check and drug screening
