Position Summary:
VitalHire is seeking a skilled and compassionate CT Technologist - CT Tech to join our growing clinician community. This high-impact opportunity offers a 4x10 Nights at a leading Hospital in Portland, OR. Key Responsibilities:
• Perform CT imaging procedures and operate CT equipment • Maintain current CT Technologist certification • Work Wednesday through Saturday shift from 2100-0730 • Provide direct patient care with 1:1 patient ratio • Utilize Epic charting system for documentation and patient records • Float between sister facilities and affiliate hospitals as needed • Complete required modules and training programs pre-start and annually • Work 3 out of 5 major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day) • Maintain valid state licensure in Oregon • Provide minimum of 2 supervisory references covering 1 year of employment within comparable specialty • Complete required compliance documentation and background check process • Self-report time spent on non-billable training modules • Use facility-provided communication devices when required for assignment duties • Adhere to facility policies and procedures including dress code requirements • Commit to block scheduling requirements as specified
Job Requirements:
- Active, unencumbered license in OR
- Minimum of 1-7 years of relevant experience, depending on specialty
- Current Certifications: BLS and/or ACLS, plus any specialty-specific requirements
- Experience with EMR systems [Epic, Cerner, etc. preferred]
Other Required Documentation:
- Current Resume listing detailed work history (MM/YYYY format)
- Two current clinical references
- State-required professional license
- Physicial exam (completed within the past 12 months)
- TB skin test or Quantiferon Gold (within the past 12 months)
- Immunity Titers - MMR/Hep B/Varicella (declinations may be accepted)
- Current Tdap and Flu vaccinations
- Must pass background check and drug screening
