Position Summary:
VitalHire is seeking a skilled and compassionate Cath Lab Technologist - Cath Lab Tech to join our growing clinician community. Key Responsibilities:
• Perform Cath Lab Technologist duties with RCIS certification required
• Work scheduled shifts from 0700-1530 and 0930-1800 (both shifts required)
• Respond to weekend call assignments once every 5-6 weeks
• Handle one call shift per week with 30-minute callback time requirement
• Maintain current ACLS and BLS certifications
• Complete all required health screenings including fit testing
• Obtain and maintain required immunizations and health documentation
• Complete mandatory drug screening and background checks
• Maintain current professional license and certification verification
• Complete facility-specific competency testing for specialty area
• Adhere to confidentiality and patient privacy agreements
• Comply with facility code of conduct and conflict of interest policies
• Complete required education verification and professional documentation
• Maintain compliance with all regulatory screening requirements
Job Requirements:
- Active, unencumbered license in MI
- Minimum of 1-7 years of relevant experience, depending on specialty
- Current Certifications: BLS and/or ACLS, plus any specialty-specific requirements
- Experience with EMR systems [Epic, Cerner, etc. preferred]
Other Required Documentation:
- Current Resume listing detailed work history (MM/YYYY format)
- Two current clinical references
- State-required professional license
- Physicial exam (completed within the past 12 months)
- TB skin test or Quantiferon Gold (within the past 12 months)
- Immunity Titers - MMR/Hep B/Varicella (declinations may be accepted)
- Current Tdap and Flu vaccinations
- Must pass background check and drug screening
