Position Summary:
VitalHire is seeking a skilled and compassionate RAD Tech - RAD Tech to join our growing clinician community. This high-impact opportunity offers a 3x12 Nights at a leading Hospital in Ann Arbor, MI. Key Responsibilities:
• Work night shifts from 7p-7:30a as a Radiologic Technologist
• Rotate through every 4th weekend and work as often as every other weekend when needed
• Work holidays that fall during contract period if needed
• Complete fit testing for respiratory protection
• Undergo 2 Step PPD or IGRA testing (Quantiferon/Tspot)
• Complete COVID-19 health questionnaire and maintain current vaccination
• Maintain valid radiologic technologist license and certificate verification
• Complete 9 panel drug screening
• Complete specialty specific competency testing
• Pass color vision testing requirements
• Maintain current MMR, Hepatitis B, Varicella, and Tdap vaccinations
• Complete physical/health statement assessment
• Complete conflict of interest disclosure and code of conduct forms
• Undergo criminal background check and education verification
• Complete Joint Commission testing and system access requirements
• Maintain NSO professional liability coverage
• Comply with patient confidentiality and system security agreements
Job Requirements:
- Active, unencumbered license in MI
- Minimum of 1-7 years of relevant experience, depending on specialty
- Current Certifications: BLS and/or ACLS, plus any specialty-specific requirements
- Experience with EMR systems [Epic, Cerner, etc. preferred]
Other Required Documentation:
- Current Resume listing detailed work history (MM/YYYY format)
- Two current clinical references
- State-required professional license
- Physicial exam (completed within the past 12 months)
- TB skin test or Quantiferon Gold (within the past 12 months)
- Immunity Titers - MMR/Hep B/Varicella (declinations may be accepted)
- Current Tdap and Flu vaccinations
- Must pass background check and drug screening
