Position Summary:
VitalHire is seeking a skilled and compassionate RAD Tech - RAD Tech to join our growing clinician community. This high-impact opportunity offers a 5x8 Nights at a leading Hospital in Springfield, MA. Key Responsibilities:
• Perform radiologic technologist duties during night shifts (11p-7:30a) Sunday through Thursday
• Work every third weekend as part of rotating schedule
• Maintain current Massachusetts state license for radiologic technology
• Maintain current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
• Complete Trinity Code of Conduct Form and compliance requirements
• Undergo fit testing and maintain personal health requirements
• Complete Trinity Skills Checklist and competency assessments
• Maintain required immunizations including COVID-19, MMR, Hepatitis B, and Varicella
• Complete annual influenza vaccination (optional)
• Undergo required health screenings including 2-step PPD or IGRA testing
• Complete Trinity Joint Commission Testing and maintain professional standards
• Participate in required background checks and verification processes
• Complete education verification and professional credentialing
• Maintain compliance with Trinity system access and security requirements
• Complete required drug screening and health assessments
• Adhere to Trinity policies regarding patient confidentiality and system security
Job Requirements:
- Active, unencumbered license in MA
- Minimum of 1-7 years of relevant experience, depending on specialty
- Current Certifications: BLS and/or ACLS, plus any specialty-specific requirements
- Experience with EMR systems [Epic, Cerner, etc. preferred]
Other Required Documentation:
- Current Resume listing detailed work history (MM/YYYY format)
- Two current clinical references
- State-required professional license
- Physicial exam (completed within the past 12 months)
- TB skin test or Quantiferon Gold (within the past 12 months)
- Immunity Titers - MMR/Hep B/Varicella (declinations may be accepted)
- Current Tdap and Flu vaccinations
- Must pass background check and drug screening
