Position Summary:
VitalHire is seeking a skilled and compassionate Surgical Tech - Surgical Tech to join our growing clinician community. Key Responsibilities:
• Provide surgical technology services in operating room procedures
• Participate in holiday rotation as needed for the department
• Complete Trinity Child and Adult Dependent Abuse Training
• Complete Trinity Skills Checklist requirements
• Maintain valid license/certificate verification
• Complete Trinity Specialty Specific Competency Testing
• Pass required health screenings including fit test and color vision test
• Complete Trinity 9 Panel Drug Screen
• Adhere to Trinity Code of Conduct requirements
• Complete confidentiality of patient and property information agreement
• Complete Trinity Joint Commission Testing
• Maintain required immunizations including COVID-19, MMR, Hepatitis B, PPD/IGRA, and Varicella
• Complete annual physical/health statement
• Submit Trinity Profile for submission requirements
• Complete conflict of interest disclosure form
• Pass criminal background check requirements
• Provide education verification documentation
• Complete all required compliance and integrity forms
• Utilize designated system access for documentation and communication
Job Requirements:
- Active, unencumbered license in IA
- Minimum of 1-7 years of relevant experience, depending on specialty
- Current Certifications: BLS and/or ACLS, plus any specialty-specific requirements
- Experience with EMR systems [Epic, Cerner, etc. preferred]
Other Required Documentation:
- Current Resume listing detailed work history (MM/YYYY format)
- Two current clinical references
- State-required professional license
- Physicial exam (completed within the past 12 months)
- TB skin test or Quantiferon Gold (within the past 12 months)
- Immunity Titers - MMR/Hep B/Varicella (declinations may be accepted)
- Current Tdap and Flu vaccinations
- Must pass background check and drug screening
