Position Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide nursing services in the Endoscopy department as an RN
• Work days and respond to calls as needed by the department
• Participate in holiday rotation as required by the department
• Complete Trinity Child and Adult Dependent Abuse Training
• Complete Trinity IA Sing Report requirements
• Complete Trinity OFAC compliance training
• Complete Trinity Skills Checklist assessment
• Maintain current nursing license and certificate verification
• Complete required fit testing for respiratory protection
• Complete Trinity 9 Panel Drug Screen
• Adhere to Trinity Code of Conduct
• Complete I9 employment verification documentation
• Sign confidentiality agreement for patient and proprietary information and system security
• Complete Integrity and Audit Services requirements
• Complete specialty-specific competency testing for endoscopy
• Pass color vision testing requirements
• Maintain current COVID-19 vaccination
• Maintain current MMR vaccination
• Maintain current Hepatitis B vaccination
• Complete tuberculosis screening (2 Step PPD or IGRA testing)
• Maintain current Varicella vaccination
• Complete required physical and health statement
• Complete conflict of interest disclosure documentation
• Pass criminal background check requirements
• Provide education verification
• Complete Joint Commission testing requirements
• Complete system access requirements and training
Job Requirements:
- Active, unencumbered license in IA
- Minimum of 1-7 years of relevant experience, depending on specialty
- Current Certifications: BLS and/or ACLS, plus any specialty-specific requirements
- Experience with EMR systems [Epic, Cerner, etc. preferred]
Other Required Documentation:
- Current Resume listing detailed work history (MM/YYYY format)
- Two current clinical references
- State-required professional license
- Physicial exam (completed within the past 12 months)
- TB skin test or Quantiferon Gold (within the past 12 months)
- Immunity Titers - MMR/Hep B/Varicella (declinations may be accepted)
- Current Tdap and Flu vaccinations
- Must pass background check and drug screening
