Position Summary:
VitalHire is seeking a skilled and compassionate LPN - SNF to join our growing clinician community. This high-impact opportunity offers a 5x8 Evenings at a leading LTC in Moses Lake, WA. Key Responsibilities:
• Provide nursing care for patients in a 74 bed alzheimer's/dementia secured care center
• Work evening shift from 2p-1030p
• Maintain responsibility for 20-30 patients per secured unit
• Work Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday set schedule
• Provide specialized care for alzheimer's and dementia patients
• Work across 3 secured units as assigned
• Deliver full-time nursing services in a secured care environment
Job Requirements:
- Active, unencumbered license in WA
- Minimum of 1-7 years of relevant experience, depending on specialty
- Current Certifications: BLS and/or ACLS, plus any specialty-specific requirements
- Experience with EMR systems [Epic, Cerner, etc. preferred]
Other Required Documentation:
- Current Resume listing detailed work history (MM/YYYY format)
- Two current clinical references
- State-required professional license
- Physicial exam (completed within the past 12 months)
- TB skin test or Quantiferon Gold (within the past 12 months)
- Immunity Titers - MMR/Hep B/Varicella (declinations may be accepted)
- Current Tdap and Flu vaccinations
- Must pass background check and drug screening
