Position Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide registered nursing care in Critical Care Unit (CCU) and Intensive Care Unit (ICU) settings
• Complete Trinity Child and Adult Dependent Abuse Training during onboarding
• Complete Trinity OFAC compliance training
• Successfully complete Trinity Skills Checklist assessment
• Maintain current nursing license and provide verification
• Complete Trinity Color Vision screening
• Complete Trinity Profile for submission
• Maintain current MMR immunization status
• Complete required Fit Test for respiratory protection
• Maintain current Hepatitis B immunization or provide declination
• Complete 2 Step PPD or IGRA (Quantiferon/Tspot) tuberculosis screening
• Maintain current Varicella immunization status
• Maintain current Tdap immunization
• Complete physical examination and health statement
• Adhere to Trinity Code of Conduct requirements
• Complete I-9 employment eligibility verification
• Sign confidentiality agreement for patient and proprietary information
• Complete Conflict of Interest Disclosure Form
• Pass criminal background check requirements
• Provide education verification documentation
• Complete NSO professional liability requirements
• Successfully complete specialty-specific competency testing
• Complete system access authorization forms
• Pass Trinity Joint Commission testing requirements
• Maintain current COVID-19 vaccination status
• Receive annual influenza vaccination
• Pass required drug screening
• Work night shift hours from 07:00 PM to 07:30 AM
• Work every other weekend (EOW) and every other holiday (EOH) as scheduled
Job Requirements:
- Active, unencumbered license in IA
- Minimum of 1-7 years of relevant experience, depending on specialty
- Current Certifications: BLS and/or ACLS, plus any specialty-specific requirements
- Experience with EMR systems (Epic, Cerner, as applicable)
Other Required Documentation:
- Current Resume listing detailed work history (MM/YYYY format)
- Two current clinical references
- State-required professional license
- Physicial exam (completed within the past 12 months)
- TB skin test or Quantiferon Gold (within the past 12 months)
- Immunity Titers - MMR/Hep B/Varicella (declinations may be accepted)
- Current Tdap and Flu vaccinations
- Must pass background check and drug screening
