Position Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

• Work rotational shifts including days, evenings, and nights
• Work alternate weekends as scheduled
• Maintain PTCB certification
• Hold valid Maryland pharmacy technician license
• Complete required health screenings including 2 Step PPD or IGRA testing
• Maintain current COVID-19 vaccination
• Complete required vaccinations including MMR, Hepatitis B, and Varicella
• Complete annual influenza vaccination
• Pass required drug screening
• Complete skills checklist and competency assessments
• Maintain current license and certificate verification
• Complete required compliance training and Joint Commission testing
• Adhere to code of conduct and integrity standards
• Complete background check and security clearance requirements
• Maintain confidentiality of patient and proprietary information
• Complete required system access and security agreements
• Participate in fit testing for respiratory protection equipment

Job Requirements:

Active, unencumbered license in MD
Minimum of 1-7 years of relevant experience, depending on specialty
Current Certifications: BLS and/or ACLS, plus any specialty-specific requirements
Experience with EMR systems [Epic, Cerner, etc. preferred]

Other Required Documentation:

Current Resume listing detailed work history (MM/YYYY format)
Two current clinical references
State-required professional license
Physicial exam (completed within the past 12 months)
TB skin test or Quantiferon Gold (within the past 12 months)
Immunity Titers - MMR/Hep B/Varicella (declinations may be accepted)
Current Tdap and Flu vaccinations
Must pass background check and drug screening
