Position Summary:

VitalHire is seeking a skilled and compassionate RN - SNF to join our growing clinician community. This high-impact opportunity offers a 3x12 Days at a leading SNF in Clovis, NM. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide nursing care services as a Registered Nurse in skilled nursing facility setting
• Work Monday through Wednesday schedule from 06:00 to 18:30
• Deliver comprehensive patient care and clinical services
• Maintain current nursing licensure and certifications
• Document patient care activities and maintain accurate medical records
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Assess patient conditions and coordinate with healthcare team
• Follow facility policies and procedures for patient safety
• Participate in care planning and interdisciplinary team meetings
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and facility protocols

Job Requirements:

Active, unencumbered license in NM
Minimum of 1-7 years of relevant experience, depending on specialty
Current Certifications: BLS and/or ACLS, plus any specialty-specific requirements
Experience with EMR systems (Epic, Cerner, as applicable)

Other Required Documentation:

Current Resume listing detailed work history (MM/YYYY format)
Two current clinical references
State-required professional license
Physicial exam (completed within the past 12 months)
TB skin test or Quantiferon Gold (within the past 12 months)
Immunity Titers - MMR/Hep B/Varicella (declinations may be accepted)
Current Tdap and Flu vaccinations
Must pass background check and drug screening
