(Home Health) Physical Therapist Needed for 13-week Contract in Anchorage, AK
Location: Anchorage, AK and Surrounding Areas
Pay: $3,680/weekly
Hourly: $92/hr
Contract Length: 13 Weeks (Open to 26 weeks)
Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours/week (Facility may call off up to one shift per two-week pay period)
Shift: Day – 5x8-Hour (08:00 - 16:30)

- Minimum 1 year of skilled home health experience required
- First-time travelers accepted

- Oasis experience required
- Must have own transportation; occasional travel radius of 50+ miles
