Experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a CT Technologist required
- 1 year of recent experience in CT specialty required
- Experience in Adult Acute Care and Emergency Department is required
License & Certification Required
- BLS
- ARRT (R)(CT)
- California CRT
Skills Required
- Experience with GE and Toshiba imaging equipment
- Ability to perform abdomen, pelvis, chest, and head scans with and without contrast
- Knowledge of Isolation Precautions
- Preparation and/or administration of contrast media
- Radiation Safety
- Experience with Vascular CTA
- Spine and Musculoskeletal imaging, including cervical, lumbar, and thoracic regions
- Experience with musculoskeletal trauma cases
- EPIC charting system experience
Desired Skills
- Preferred experience with infants as a patient demographic
- Preference for candidates with high-volume ED experience
