Experience
- Minimum 1 year of ER Tech experience required
- 6-12 months of ER experience if current EMT
License & Certification Required

- EPIC experience
- Experience with ADLs
- Experience with phlebotomy
- Understanding of abnormal/normal vital sign parameters
- Able to report abnormal findings
- Assisting with setup of bedside procedures
- Postmortem care
- Knowledge of restraints and labeling specimens
- Experience transporting specimens
- Performing EKGs
- Behavioral health de-escalation
- Isolation precautions/PPE
- Assisting with ambulation
- Assisting with feeding patients
- Reporting changes in patient condition
Desired Skills
- Experience with a variety of patient populations including neonate, infant, child, adolescent, young adult, middle adult, and older adult
