Experience
- Minimum 3 years experience required
- Previous experience in acute care setting preferred
- Experience with patient ratio of about 10 patients per day required
License & Certification Required
- Current state license required
- BLS certification required

- Experience with acute care patient management
- Skills in using adaptive devices
- Skills in ankle sprains management
- Proficient in assessments and evaluations
- Experience in patient family education
- Capability in post-stroke rehabilitation
- Ability to perform functional capacity examinations (FCE)
- Experience with various physical therapy techniques and modalities
- Familiarity with gait training methods
- Proficiency in breathing techniques
- Knowledge of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) management
- Understanding of orthopedic conditions and rehabilitation
- Experience in working with geriatric patients
- Comfort with the Epic charting system
Desired Skills
- Community hospital experience preferred
- Long-term acute care (LTAC) experience preferred
- Trauma level I and II experience preferred
- Specialized skills in geriatrics or women's health are a plus
