Experience
- Minimum experience in physical therapy required
- Experience in providing care for individuals with Alzheimer's and other forms of dementia preferred
License & Certification Required
- Physical Therapist license

- Ability to develop individualized resident plans of care
- Experience with person-centered care approaches
- Familiarity with standardized assessments including BCAT, GDS, and ACL
- Knowledge of evidence-based practice in rehabilitation
