Experience
- Minimum 1 year experience in physical therapy required
- Experience with long-term care (LTC) settings preferred
License & Certification Required
- Physical Therapist (PT) license required

- Experience in collaborating with rehabilitation services
- Knowledge of physical therapy practices in an active independent living facility
