Experience
- Experience working with individuals living with Alzheimer's and other forms of dementia required
- Experience in Skilled Nursing and Long-Term Care Services preferred
License & Certification Required
- BCAT training
- GDS training
- ACL training
Skills Required
- Person-centered care approach
- Ability to develop individualized resident plans of care
- Experience in environmental accommodations and task modifications
- Familiarity with art therapy, music therapy, and gardening as therapeutic activities
Desired Skills
- Experience with standardized assessments
- Knowledge in evidenced based practice
