Compensation
- Gross Weekly Pay: $2249.60
- Weekly Taxable Amount: $800.0
- Weekly Stipend/Non Taxable Amount: $1449.60
You must be duplicating expenses to receive stipends. If you are driving versus relocating, we will instead offer mileage reimbursements. Rates assume Travel. Locals within 50 miles may have a rate adjustment.

Experience
- Minimum 1 year experience required
- Previous charge experience preferred
- Community Hospital experience preferred
- LTAC experience preferred
- Trauma Level I and II experience preferred
- Floating experience required to Flagstaff Medical Center
License & Certification Required
- Registered Dietitian Nutritionist by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR)
- BLS
Skills Required
- Calorie Counts
- Enteral Nutrition (tube feedings)
- Food-Drug interactions
- Intake and Output
- Total Parenteral Nutrition (TPN)
- Develop Plan of Treatment
- Nutrition Assessments/Reassessments
- Experience with patient populations including Adolescents, Adults, Geriatrics
- Cerner charting experience
Desired Skills
- Advanced Practice or specialist certification in diabetes, weight management/other
Requirements
- Current Resume with up to 7 year work history, with gaps explained - position, unit, job type, city, state must be indentified for each assignment
- Negative TB Test (Within 12 Months)
- Titers - MMR/Hep B/Varicella
- Current - Tdap/Flu Vaccinations
- Must be able to pass pre-employment, background and drug screening
