Compensation
- Gross Weekly Pay: $3210.24
- Weekly Taxable Amount: $1964.24
- Weekly Stipend/Non Taxable Amount: $1246.00
You must be duplicating expenses to receive stipends. If you are driving versus relocating, we will instead offer mileage reimbursements. Rates assume Travel. Locals within 50 miles may have a rate adjustment.

Experience
- Minimum 1 year experience in outpatient infusion required
- Experience with oversight of the medication use process within an outpatient infusion center required
- Experience in order verification of non-hazardous and hazardous outpatient infusion medications, including oncology, required
- Experience in IV infusion compounding product evaluation and verification required
- Experience in evaluation and verification of insurance coverage prior to initiating treatment plans required
- Experience in infusion medication patient education required
- Experience in managing infusion adverse reactions required
License & Certification Required
- Oregon Pharmacist License required
- Chemo/Hazardous Drug certification required
Skills Required
- Ambulatory Care/Outpatient Clinic skills required
- Compounding skills required
- High-alert medication management required
- Home Health Infusion experience required
- Inpatient/Acute care experience required
- Psychotherapeutic Management skills required
- Pyxis experience required
- Therapeutic medication monitoring required
Desired Skills
- Experience with Epic charting system preferred
- Community Hospital experience preferred
Requirements
- Current Resume with up to 7 year work history, with gaps explained - position, unit, job type, city, state must be indentified for each assignment
- Negative TB Test (Within 12 Months)
- Titers - MMR/Hep B/Varicella
- Current - Tdap/Flu Vaccinations
- Must be able to pass pre-employment, background and drug screening
